We were honoured to have our Selkirk Bannock added to the Slow Food Scotland Ark of Taste in November 2017 due the traditional methods and natural ingredients we use.
In 2017 and 2018 Iain demonstrated how he makes our Selkirk Bannocks at the Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh.
