We were honoured to have our Selkirk Bannock added to the Slow Food Scotland Ark of Taste in November 2017 due the traditional methods and natural ingredients we use.
In 2017 and 2018 Iain demonstrated how he makes our Selkirk Bannocks at the Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh.
Iain regularly teaches how to make them in our Scottish Baking classes held in our bakery after the bakers have finished for the day. Interested in learning to make your own Selkirk Bannock? Check our class schedule here.
