In November 2017 we were honoured when Wendy Barrie of the Scottish Good Food Guide added our Selkirk Bannock to the Slow Food Scotland Ark of Taste due to the traditional methods and natural ingredients we use.
Since then, Iain has demonstrated how he makes his Selkirk Bannock at the Cookery Theatre at the Royal Highland Show multiple times.
