Join father-daughter duo, Iain and Isla Campbell, in this half-day class as they share the secrets to making two classics of Scottish Baking: Oatcakes and Selkirk Bannocks.
Coffee and tea is served with some Campbell's cakes while the baking is in the oven.
This fun, informal but informative class is suitable for beginners to experienced bakers aged 16 years and older. The class is 3 hours long.
*In November 2017 we were honoured when Wendy Barrie of the Scottish Good Food Guide added our Selkirk Bannock to the Slow Food Scotland Ark of Taste due to the traditional methods and natural ingredients we use.
Since then, Iain has demonstrated how he makes his Selkirk Bannock at the Cookery Theatre at the Royal Highland Show multiple times.
