Join father-daughter duo, Iain and Isla Campbell, in this half-day class as they share the secrets to making our best-selling savoury products: Scotch Pies and Sausage Rolls. You will get a shot at using our heirloom pie-shell machine, find out what makes a great pie shell and the difference between hot water pastry and puff pastry.
Coffee and tea is served with some Campbell's cakes while the baking is in the oven.
This fun, informal but informative class is suitable for beginners to experienced bakers aged 16 years and older. The class is 3 hours long.
